Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Made to order
PSYOPS merchandise is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production takes place before shipping, so please allow time for both production and delivery.

Shipping rates
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by product, destination, and fulfillment location. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates rather than guarantees. Holidays, carrier disruptions, and customs processing may cause delays.

Separate shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Available tracking information will be provided as items ship.

Shipping addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact psyopsblock@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error. Address changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. Additional shipping costs may apply if an order needs to be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Customs and import charges
Depending on where your order ships from, cross-border shipments may incur duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees. Unless collected at checkout or stated otherwise, these charges may be payable by the recipient.

Delayed, missing, or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact psyopsblock@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
