Returns & Refunds

Each PSYOPS item is made to order. Please check the product description and size guide carefully before purchasing.

Change of mind and sizing

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or choosing the wrong colour, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, email psyopsblock@gmail.com as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. There is no additional shipping charge for an approved replacement of a defective or incorrect item.

Returns

Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions and the correct return address.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Missing orders

If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, contact us promptly so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.
